Smarter Running Starts with Expert Care.
This isn’t generic run coaching. Our programs are designed and coached by a physical therapist and former collegiate distance runner, who understands how your body moves, adapts, and recovers. She will analyze your mechanics, address limitations, and build a personalized plan to help you run stronger, faster, and with fewer setbacks.
With over 8 years of working specifically with runners, performing 2D and 3D running gait analyses, and developing individualized strengthening programs for runners and their specific needs - let Dr. Erin help you reach your next PR.
Dr. Erin ran cross country and indoor/outdoor track at the NCAA Division II level throughout her undergraduate degree. She also pursued PR’s in 5k to half marathon distances following her collegiate career. Through many achievements, but also setbacks due to injury, Dr. Erin understands both the joys and hardships that come with consistent and dedicated training.
Coaching runners anywhere from 5k to marathon distances. Whether this is your first time running, you are a seasoned athlete, or you are coming back from injury, she will work with you to guide you to meet your goals.
The process begins with a 30-45 minute anatomic, functional movement and run form assessment, where Dr. Erin will analyze your strengths, weaknesses, and develop a training plan.
Looking through a PT and coaching lens - Dr. Erin will develop a training plan based on your desired race, race history, training history, run form, strength, mobility, and individualized goals.
You will receive month by month run training schedules, an individualized strength training regimen, along with weekly check ins to answer any questions or address any concerns.
Being a coach and a physical therapist - Dr. Erin can help to guide you through your training, assist you in preventative measures to limit your risk of injury, help you through rehab if injury arises, or intervene if you need a recovery session to get you feeling your best. Being your coach, she will have a better understanding of what you have been doing, so the transition from injury to recovery is seamless.
