What makes Strong Stride different?

We understand the unique movement patterns, injury risks, and performance goals that come with endurance and high-intensity training. From injury rehab to performance optimization, we deliver evidence-based, athlete-driven care to keep you strong, mobile, and doing what you love to do.

We look at the whole person. You are not just a (name that body part) injury to us. You are a spouse, parent, friend, child, athlete. You have goals - they may be fitness related or they may not. You may have an injury that changes how you look at yourself and how you feel about your capabilities. We can help with that.

Through years of experience, Dr. Koenke understands that any injury is multifactorial and its impact is multifaceted. You may have injured your back performing a heavy clean, but now it is impacting your ability to play with your child. That back injury could be circumstantial, but it could be due to poor form. We can help to not only address the pain you are experiencing but also find the root of the problem, get you back to training, and back to a normal pain free life.

Many physical therapy clinics will address your pain (which is great) but may not address the root of what caused your pain. That is why we not only help to get you feeling better, but identify the underlying issue and address the problem to ensure that it does not come back again.
